I received my order and found 1 of 3 EDC Survival Tools to be missing the tungsten tip. I’ve unsuccessfully attempted, by email and phone, to contact Readyman for resolution. Please advise how to proceed with receiving a replacement?

I didn't test the glass breaker, but the whistle works fine and I easily got a nice spark with the ferro rod.

Great tool, but that is all it is, it looks and feel like a pen but that is not one of the features.
