Contains 3 packs of UREA that, to activate, you simply open the package and add a few tablespoons of water (or even urine) to the fill line, reseal the zipper top, then shake and apply. Pack reaches near-freezing temperature for up to 30-minutes after activation, and maintains a therapeutic temperature for nearly an hour. 

Great for burns, fevers, reduce swelling, bee stings, or to cool off in extreme heat.
